Related persons
Add details of shareholders, directors and authorised signatories.

- Shareholders: Individuals who hold shares in the company.
- Directors: People legally responsible for managing the company's operations and decision-making.
- Authorised Signatories: Individuals who have the authority to sign documents and make official commitments on behalf of the company.
Submit as many add person requests as required to add all related parties to the account.
Required documents
A list of documents must be attached for each individual. These documents must be uploaded before submitting the request. See the Upload Documents API for more details.

| CV | CV | Professional background and experience of the individual. Alternatively, provide a linkedInProfileUrl in the request instead of uploading a CV. | Required for directors/UBOs if the business does not have a UAE bank account and a LinkedIn profile URL is not provided |
| Valid government ID | VALID_ | National ID, driver's license, or equivalent government-issued identification. | Required for directors/UBOs who are not residing in the UAE |
